If you’re a Reiki practitioner and you’re looking for more job opportunities, you don’t have to sit around waiting for doors to open. You can gently give those doors a nudge, and you may experience a flood of work. Not sure how to do that? Consider the following suggestions.
Call local hospitals and ask if they offer Reiki. If they do, ask how you can apply to be one of the practitioners. If they don’t, offer to send them information on how Reiki can benefit their patients. Or better yet, ask if you can come in and show them.
Contact local healthcare providers. Hospitals aren’t the only ones that have Reiki practitioners on call. Reach out to local doctors or healthcare centers to see if they’re looking for providers of holistic services to add to their rosters.
Reach out to event planners. The key here is partnerships. Event planners often help companies set up retreats. Reiki is a wonderful benefit that employers can offer their employees when they’re trying to create a relaxing and bonding experience. Or you might reach out to different employers yourself and see if they’d be interested in having you service their employees.
Being able to talk about what you do and how you can be of service is critical to building a healing practice that is effective. If you have a mobile Reiki practice, remember that you are not limited in terms of where you can serve customers and where you can expand your business.
