Let’s face it. When you’re a business owner working with clients, there will be clients you will love–and those you will not love quite so much. While sometimes you can part ways with a client by helping them to find a better fit, there will be other times when you’re in it for the long haul. In these cases, telepathy can help you to smooth things over with that client and create a better relationship.
Telepathy is a way of communicating with someone nonverbally. I think of it as a cross between a mental and spiritual connection because it has no basis in logic. If you’ve ever thought of someone and they called you soon after, you are likely experiencing the power of telepathic communication. If you’re close to someone and they seem to read your thoughts or finish your sentences for you, the two of you likely have a telepathic connection. This type of connection can help you to create a better relationship with your clients.
When we consciously direct thoughts to someone those thoughts have vibrations that the person you’re thinking about can often sense. Thoughts are things, and they have power. If you’re constantly thinking negative things about a client, pay attention to your relationship with that client and you’ll likely see that the relationship will sour. So if you’re dreading their arrival when they have an appointment or you’re thinking about how you hate being around them, they may start to feel uncomfortable around you without understanding why.
On the flip side of the coin, if you consciously direct positive thoughts of appreciation toward that client, they will likely feel that energy, as well. If you can find anything positive about your client to think about, you may notice that the negative things that annoy you start to lessen.
So how can you use telepathy to improve the relationship that you have with your challenging client? Consider the following steps.
Monitor your current thought pattern. What are you currently thinking about your client? Before you engage in a telepathic conversation, pay attention to what you’re putting out there about your client right now. Are you constantly telling yourself that your client doesn’t appreciate you? If so, consider the Law of Attraction and how we attract what we expect. If your thoughts are not in alignment with the type of relationship you’d like to have with your client, you have some work to do.
Determine how you want to change the relationship. What do you want out of your relationship with your client? Do you want your client to appreciate your work? Do you want your client to be less annoying? Do you want your client to go away? (Yes, that can be a suggestion you make in a telepathic conversation). You have to know what you want in order to move forward. Decide how you would ideally like the relationship with your client to play out.
Get still and go within. Whether you meditate, pray or simply sit in silence, take some time to focus directly on sending telepathic thoughts to your client. Set the intention that you will improve communication and honor the experience by setting a time and place to do the work.
Begin the conversation. So what do you say? In your head, simply say what you would like to say to your client in person. Don’t harp on negative things or complain about what you don’t want. Instead, start off by thanking your client for being a part of your life. (Remember, everyone is here for a reason so there’s a blessing in even your worst enemy.) Then, tell your client how great it would be if you two were able to communicate better. Tell your client how you’d like to be of more help to him or her and you know that a better relationship would help that to happen. Tell your client that you would like to work toward a better working relationship that benefits the both of you. Pay attention to how you feel and any thoughts that come to mind. If you receive an insight about something you should do differently when interacting with this person, follow it. There’s no need to spend a long time engaged in the telepathic conversation. Simply taking a few minutes can make a big difference. If you feel drawn to do this more than once, go ahead.
Pay attention to new interactions. Proof is in the pudding. The best way to know if your telepathic conversations are working is to pay attention to the relationships. Change likely won’t happen overnight, but pay attention in the coming weeks to the relationship and see if you notice subtle improvements.
