Empaths know more than most that when others are healthy and feel good, it has a contagious effect. But marketing, which is important for any business’s success, can be particularly challenging if you are an empath.
Since empaths are so good at picking up other people’s emotions, they often feel drained when having to interact with many people. It may be easier for them to take one day to do marketing activities and use the rest of the week to get their energy back. When scheduling time to market, make sure you schedule alone time before and afterwards so that you can recover from any energy drainage you may experience.
Use spiritual protection techniques. Before interacting with a group of people, visualize yourself surrounded by a protective bubble that prevents unwanted feelings and emotions from entering your auric field. Set the intention to spread the word about your business in a way that feels good to you and those who hear your message.
Take advantage of expos and holistic fairs. If you offer holistic services, seek out opportunities to promote your business at fairs and expos where people will be gathered for the purpose of finding businesses like yours. It’s easier to promote your business among potential customers that already understand what you do than having to explain your business to them.
