When you’re running a business, you should always be looking for new ways to better service your customers. While money isn’t necessarily your top concern, once you find a better way to service your customers, you should charge more money accordingly. New services provide new streams of income.
Often psychics will find that their clients would like more access to their services. Clients will often wish that they could just ask one followup question, or something may happen in the client’s life, leaving the client wishing they could have one quick minute with you.
Why not offer clients a premium package in which they get one reading per month but, say, three to five emails for followup questions. If you charge $75 for a 30-minute reading, you might then charge $150 for a 30-minute reading plus five e-mail questions over the course of the month.
The beauty of that for the client is that they feel like they have 24-hour access to you. Of course that’s an illusion; there are limits to the emails. You will want to set parameters, such as that you will respond within 24 hours. But clients will feel that they can get more answers, which they can, and they will have to pay for the privilege.
The beauty of that arrangement for you is that you will better service your clients, you will bring more income into your business, and you will be able to answer the emails around the other things that you’re doing for your business and in your personal life.
It’s a win-win for all.
